B. Mix the imported tools with other electric tools with a terminal board. They must be equipped with voltage stabilizers and power protection devices. Avoid excessive current causing the machine to fail to operate normally and delay the construction period. C. Check the usage of various hand tools, such as floor cutters, slotting cutters, seam cutters, squeegee and other tools. And confirm if the rubber roller’s surface is clean and smooth.

3. Brush the interface agent

After the self-leveling construction, tiny particles and floating dust may be floating on the surface. In these cases, a grinder is required for further fine leveling treatment. After the fine grinding, some dust will remain on the ground and difficult to remove. The water-based interface agent needs to be applied again. The purpose is to close the small pores and dust on the self-leveling surface, make the surface smooth. Then improve the adhesive’s bonding effect and avoid the floor bulging and degumming after finishing the construction.

4. Check the construction environment

Check the temperature of the construction site before laying the floor. The temperature in the construction room should not be less than 18℃, and the air’s relative humidity should not be more than 75%. The work area should be adequately ventilated and should not cause pollutants to enter other parts of the building.

5. Place the material for preparation

Before construction, unfold the lay the PVC coiled material floor on flat ground. After it is restored to flatness, place the floor in the room where the adhesive is to be applied.

Interface agent: The essence of an interface agent is the emulsion. When the temperature is 5–8°C, the interface agent cannot form a film. After painting on the base floor, it will become a layer of powder. Can not play the infiltration and bottom sealing role, resulting in the self-leveling. At the same time, the base ground can not be firmly connected, and later hollowing and cracking.

Self-leveling: The too low temperature will cause the self-leveling drying time to be too long or even be frozen. It is unable to complete hydration and timely drying, and it will be dried in the later stage. The surface will have no strength. There will be quality problems such as surface sanding or cracking. In a warming environment, pay attention to the relative humidity of the indoor air. Too dry will directly affect the self-leveling cement’s moisture volatilization too quickly, failing to complete the hydration process and causing self-leveling to lose strength.

Special glue for the floor: The best construction temperature of glue should be above 15°C (18°C is the best). If the indoor temperature is below 10°C, the glue’s bonding strength will be greatly affected, which will cause the floor and the ground. The bonding is not strong. So that the problems such as degumming and edge warping appear later. Strictly control the drying time of the glue during construction.
